本隐私政策适用于当前发布版本。
1. 适用范围
本隐私政策适用于 inspoBank 当前发布版本。当前版本主要提供灵感记录、图片附加、
分类整理、本地提醒以及本地备份导入与导出等功能。
2. 我们处理的信息
- 你主动输入的内容，例如标题、正文、备注以及分类信息
- 你主动添加的图片与其他附件
- 你主动设置的昵称、头像、语言、显示方式和提醒时间等本地偏好
- 你手动导入或导出的本地备份文件
3. 处理目的
应用处理上述信息，仅用于实现以下本地功能：
- 创建、编辑、展示和整理你的灵感内容
- 按分类、时间或状态管理内容
- 根据你的设置发送本地提醒
- 支持本地备份导入与导出
4. 存储方式
你的内容和设置默认仅保存在当前设备本地。当前版本不要求注册账号，
也不通过开发者服务器保存、同步或托管你的内容。
如果你手动导出本地备份文件，该备份文件将保存在你选择的位置，并由你自行管理。
5. 权限说明
通知权限
如果你启用每日提醒，应用会请求系统通知权限，用于在你设定的时间发送本地提醒。
该提醒功能在离线状态下仍可运行。
图片访问
如果你选择为内容添加图片，应用会调用系统提供的图片选择器，由你主动选择图片。
应用不会在未经你操作的情况下主动扫描整个相册。
6. 联网与数据传输
当前版本为纯离线应用，核心功能不依赖联网使用，也不会主动将你的内容上传到开发者服务器。
如果未来版本引入联网能力，例如云同步或在线服务，我们会在功能上线前更新本隐私政策，
并说明相应的数据处理方式。
7. 第三方服务与跟踪
当前版本不包含以下内容：
- 第三方广告 SDK
- 第三方行为分析 SDK
- 跨 App 跟踪能力
8. 信息共享
我们不会出售、出租你的个人内容，也不会将你的个人内容共享给第三方用于广告投放、
行为画像或其他商业化用途。当前版本不会将你的内容上传到开发者服务器。
9. 数据保留与删除
你可以在应用内随时管理或删除自己的数据，包括但不限于：
- 删除单条内容或图片附件
- 清除全部本地数据
- 关闭每日提醒
- 导出本地备份后再手动移除内容
当你卸载应用时，系统通常会移除应用沙盒中的本地数据；如果你已手动导出备份文件，
该备份文件仍由你自行保管和删除。
10. 未成年人隐私
当前版本不包含面向未成年人进行广告定向或行为跟踪的功能，也不以此为目的处理个人信息。
11. 信息安全
由于当前版本的数据主要保存在你的设备本地，你应妥善保管自己的设备、系统权限和本地备份文件。
我们建议你根据需要启用设备锁屏、系统更新和备份保护措施。
12. 政策更新
如果产品功能或信息处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页内容及生效日期。
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the current public release of inspoBank.
The current release provides idea capture, image attachment, categorization,
local reminders, and local backup import and export features.
2. Information handled by the app
- Content you actively enter, such as titles, body text, notes, and category information
- Images and other attachments that you actively add
- Local preferences that you actively set, such as nickname, avatar, language, display mode, and reminder time
- Local backup files that you manually import or export
3. Purpose of use
The app handles the information above only to provide the following local features:
- Creating, editing, displaying, and organizing your ideas
- Managing content by category, time, or status
- Sending local reminders based on your settings
- Supporting local backup import and export
4. Storage
Your content and settings are stored locally on the current device by default.
The current release does not require account registration and does not store,
sync, or host your content on developer-operated servers.
If you manually export a local backup file, that file is stored in the location you choose and is managed by you.
5. Permissions
Notification permission
If you enable daily reminders, the app requests system notification permission
so it can send a local reminder at the time you choose. This feature works offline.
Photo access
If you choose to add images to your content, the app uses the system photo picker
so you can actively select an image. The app does not proactively scan your full photo library without your action.
6. Network and data transmission
The current release is an offline app. Its core features do not depend on an internet connection
and do not actively upload your content to developer-operated servers.
If a future release introduces online functionality, such as cloud sync or online services,
we will update this Privacy Policy before those features are released and explain the related data practices.
7. Third-party services and tracking
The current release does not include:
- Third-party ad SDKs
- Third-party behavioral analytics SDKs
- Cross-app tracking capabilities
8. Information sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal content, and we do not share it with third parties
for advertising, profiling, or other commercial purposes. The current release does not upload your content
to developer-operated servers.
9. Data retention and deletion
You can manage or delete your data in the app at any time, including:
- Deleting individual entries or image attachments
- Clearing all local data
- Turning daily reminders off
- Exporting a local backup before removing content
When you uninstall the app, the system generally removes the local data stored in the app sandbox.
If you have manually exported backup files, those files remain under your control until you remove them.
10. Children's privacy
The current release does not include features designed for advertising-based targeting or behavioral tracking of children,
and it does not process personal information for those purposes.
11. Security
Because the current release stores data primarily on your device,
you are responsible for securing your device, system permissions, and local backup files.
We recommend enabling device lock, system updates, and appropriate backup protection measures.
12. Policy updates
If product features or information handling practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
